Each session is tailored to our clients individual needs.  We believe in using whatever combination of modalities available to promote wellness.

Deep Tissue


Great for breaking down specific areas of toxin buildup (often felt as ‘knots’).  The pressure used is much firmer and more specific than in Swedish, the therapist works closely with the client to find the depth needed to achieve the release of muscular tension.

Muscle Release


Combining stretching with massage enables the therapist to lengthen shortened and tensed muscles.  Client education on correct stretching techniques will keep you pain free!

Swedish Massage


A great modality for flushing areas of pain, stiffness, and tension due to accumulated toxins.  A very soothing and calming modality, great for relieving stress and encouraging deep relaxation.

Myofascial Release


A gentle modality aimed at stretching the body's connective tissue (the most abundant tissue in the body that wraps around muscles and tendons) thereby relieving muscular tension.  The process of stretching is slow, allowing for realignment of the body’s basic structure and deep relaxation of long-held tension.

Energy Work


Focuses on the body’s life energy.  This noninvasive modality uses energy to promote deep relaxation, detoxification, and stress reduction among other things.



An ancient form of healing that uses the reflex points on the feet, hands and ears to stimulate relaxation, healing and balancing throughout the entire body.
